Lonnie Bergeron

Lonnie Bergeron has an extensive background in land development working on both commercial and residential projects such as The Bergeron Park of Commerce and Industry and many of South Florida’s residential housing developments. Lonnie is a Certified General Contractor and Certified Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor, as well as a Licensed Qualifier for Bergeron Land Development. Lonnie has worked on highway projects such as the Sawgrass Expressway and I-595. He also has experience in the telecommunications industry, construction aggregates mining, and municipal solid waste disposal and recycling.

Lonnie Bergeron heads many of the fifty-four companies operating under the umbrella of The Bergeron Family of Companies. The Bergeron Family of Companies also believes in philanthropy and has contributed to over 4,000 charitable causes throughout their 50 years in business. Additionally, Lonnie donates his time to Everglades Restoration projects, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, the YMCA Y-Princesses and Y-Guides programs and is a devoted family man and husband.

Frank Saia, Vice President, Bergeron Properties and Investment Corporation

With more than 20 years of experience as a licensed Florida real estate broker specializing in commercial and industrial real estate, Frank Saia offers a wealth of knowledge to his clients. As vice president for Bergeron Properties and Investment Corporation, he is skilled at real estate development, construction management, entitlements, asset management, leasing, marketing, and property management. Additionally, as asset manager for the Bergeron Family, he is responsible for various real estate investments from the Florida Keys to Michigan – including the Bergeron Park of Commerce & Industry, a 300 acre industrial/commercial park in Pembroke Pines, Florida.


 

Brian Landis

Brian Landis, P.E., Vice President, Bergeron Land Development

As Vice President of Bergeron Land Development, Mr. Landis is is responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, staffing, equipment, and sub-contractors. He works in coordination with project managers, corporate quality control and safety officers, and on-site superintendents, and serves as the liaison between project staff, designers, engineers, clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies. Landis received his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed professional engineer by the State of Florida.

 


Gail Friedrich and Paul Hinson, Human Resource and Loss Control Coordinators

As our Human Resource and Loss Control Coordinators Gail Friedrich and Paula Hinson lead our HR initiatives including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, and benefit/insurance administration. They act as liaisons between employees and insurance providers. They assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, issuing employment contracts, and performance management procedures.
